Iain Jennings & Associates
is a Division of Peak Activities Ltd which offers our
corporate clients our premier brand of bespoke residential
training and development courses. These are events run by
our most senior staff who are Chartered Fellows and Members
of the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel &
Development. Courses are provided by our specialists
operating from a variety of popular bases in the Peak
District National Park and in the Austrian Tyrol and
elsewhere and may involve work at clients' premises too.
The team is led by Dr Iain Jennings Chartered FCIPD. Iain
is a CIPD Registered Consultant with over 30 years
experience. Iain is assisted by a number of close
assocaites including Wg Cdr Peter Daughtrey who has a
wealth of experience in the fields of HR, Management
Training, Leadership Development and Teamworking.
Other parts of Peak Activities Ltd offer short fun-filled
team building days and residentials over two, three or four
days. However, Iain Jennings & Associates concentrates
on the design and delivery of sophisticated bespoke
programmes lasting at least three days at a time - with
various preliminary planning meetings, pre-trip briefings,
and follow up and bechmarking and evaluation sessions after
each event - in other words serious training designed to
help inculcate new skills and to help change peoples'
attitudes and behaviour patterns in a mutually agreed way.
We refer to this as "serious training and development " for
HR professionals and managers of organisations seeking to
accelerate change, implement continuous improvement, boost
leadership, develop better communications and so on.
Although Iain Jennings & Associates offers serious
training with carefully agreed outcomes we nonetheless try
very hard to make sure we enjoy our work too ! With that in
mind our tailored training events are maybe not quite so
serious as they may sound ! We're reliably informed that
our courses are enjoyable as well as engaging, reliable and
cost-effective.
